RockStarShit101 Posted May 27, 2023 Posted May 27, 2023 Can't Get You Out of My Head was her Hung Up before Hung Up was a thing. It was more like her Believe. But Padam Padam will be a cute lil hit in Europe. 1
Digitalism Posted May 27, 2023 Posted May 27, 2023 I truly don't understand if you're joking or not. This is her worst single ever. It's a meme song. And it's not even going to help with the gay audience because the quality is not there 3 1 6
JustHoran Posted May 27, 2023 Posted May 27, 2023 I'm surprised the Kylie gays are not loving this, she literally did this song only for the gays
Vrx. Posted May 27, 2023 Posted May 27, 2023 Maybe if she invested more than 3 nickles on the music video! 1 2

Music was bought by all demographics, whereas streaming is still disproportionately driven by youth.
Alaska. Posted May 27, 2023 Posted May 27, 2023 I don’t understand the praise over the song. That Eurovision type beat is so tacky Kylie has better songs than this
bestfiction Posted May 27, 2023 Posted May 27, 2023 Not yet but it's probably gonna be her biggest hit since All the Lovers which is amazing in its own right
lonnie Posted May 27, 2023 Posted May 27, 2023 No. But I didn't know people didn't like the song as much as I see in this thread and think it's cute.

Then tell that to the person who made this stupid thread, not Tiago. OT, No! Hung Up was a global smash straight from the get go. It went straight to #1 in many countries (including the UK where it stayed there for 3 weeks). It also spent 40 weeks on the UK chart. Padam Padam won't.
Harrier Posted May 27, 2023 Posted May 27, 2023 No, but bear in mind Kylie has had no actual hits in over a decade, so if this end up charting even in just the UK and Australia it's a big success
blown away Posted May 27, 2023 Posted May 27, 2023 It won't be Hung Up humongous, but it has potential to be a cute hit in her main markets (the UK, Ireland and Australia). I'd love for it to spread out to other countries though. I wasn't sold on the song at first, but the chorus has been in my head ever since.
Slap Posted May 28, 2023 Posted May 28, 2023 Legend Kylie did that without sampling existing hits, which would have been reductive, and we love to see it
