There's definitely demand for a tour, especially after Flowers.

 

Too bad, it would at least help push the album a bit, since it was a flop.

That's such a messy statement  She could have simply said that she doesn't feel like it right now instead of making it about connection with the fans and ****.

 

Not to be all conspiracy theory'd but I seriously think something is off with her this era. Even the social media posts are giving AI or drafted by an intern. The lack of personality is showing.

 

I actually thought she was preparing to have a big tour this era after she did all those performances and the festivals run last year. They had a great impact and reminded many people of her great stage presence and performing skills.

This, I understand why so many Smilers are upset about this statement but like… it wouldn’t be a Miley era if she didn’t say something tone deaf that she’ll backtrack on a few years from now.

 

Maybe I’m wrong, but one thing about Miley is that she’s a true artist who cares about her craft. One day, I can see her getting the itch to tour again once she works through what’s she’s dealing with right now.

it’s Miley… she is extremely passionate about her music and loves to perform, she’s just been in the business for 17 years. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was just badly worded by the writer, since it contradicts so much of what she’s said about her fans in the past. 

 

But I DO know she went through a lot in 2022 during her festival tour, including her plane literally being hit by lightning. She had a lot of anxiety at her last concert in November so it’s clear she’s taking a break from the stage rn.

This is what has always bothered me about Miley.

I get she was already born rich and doesn't need to bother with all these "fans" forcing a connection on her through touring but it's just so weird to say it like this.

 

Those fans still pay for your albums, watched your show, have supported you for years and that's how you say thanks? It's not like she doesn't like the success, if not she wouldn't have been genre hopping so much back then
