Solar Power is Lorde's best album.

That’s a bold statement. Why do you prefer it over Melodrama?

Melodrama is super mediocre meanwhile Pure Heroine is one of the best albums of the 2010s.

Lana has lost her edge. Her music and image is officially BORING. Her past 3 albums could have just been 1 album then she should have moved on from that sound.  For some reason her stans have deluded themselves into thinking its good. :doc:

and here's the truth. especially the bolded.

Price Tag set the tone for Pop music in 2011, which was the best of the 2010s decade.

At least I'm posting ACTUAL unpopular opinions. Some of the people in here didn't understand the assignment.

Pop music and culture is currently dead. No one is doing anything exciting, album campaigns are practically nonexistent, the talent is weak, legendary and iconic performances are a thing of the past and newer artists don't even know what choreography is. I'm just unimpressed by the 2020s so far.

Lana lies when she says she started from the bottom and had nothing at the start. She lived in a trailer park, of course, but she only did it because of the aesthetic and to get 'artistic inspiration'. She had the same connections as Gaga, other wealthy girl from the start, and even worked with Lindsay Lohan in 1998. Of course it's hard to make it in the industry for everyone, doesn't matter if they have more or less money, but Lana obviously had more advantage than most people.

Adele's 30 is NOT the bad album you guys pretend it to be. You only use it as an excuse to finally hate on her and drag her bc "it flopped", after the years of imperial domination and blockbuster sales of her previous albums. Swifties are notorious for this too, couldn't wait for Adele to sell a little less to throw **** at her.

All of those artists endorsing Biden just because he wasn't Trump were too oblivious about the fact of Biden pushing politics that supported systematic racism and discrimination in the past. Of course a Trump 2.0 would be a disaster, but it's not like Biden was the great salvation some artists pushed him to be.

Bad blood is a garbage song it could never ruin anyone’s career

Katy did that all on her own.

The fact that Miss Taylor rallied all these models and celebs to do the video over the whole dancer drama thing was very immature and juvenile methinks :doc: just adds to her levels of cringe

Love Sux by Avril Lavigne is her best album since The Best Damn Thing. She deserved to make a comeback with that album last year. Bite Me deserved to be a smash over songs like abcdefu and it certainly deserved to chart over wannabe Tik Tok acts like Leah Kate, Sueco, Nessa Barrett, Gayle and Jax. It's embarrassing that MGK and Olivia opened the door for Avril's sound to comeback and instead radio chose to endorse the wannabe Tik Tok acts plus those that jumped on the bandwagon like Jax, Tate McRae and what not. People say that Love Sux is an immature album yet it serves way more quality than all the songs from the acts I mentioned above. Oh, and it's more mature than P!nk's Never Gonna Not Dance Again since apparently she can still chart because of her boring sanitized mom image.

ME! does not deserve the hate it gets. It's such a cute harmless bop and the video is camp excellence
