The original was garbage after the first two seasons. Idk why they’d bother to bring it back after what we all saw being an even worse dumpster fire that they had the gall, the audacity, and the gumption to call a reboot. Let it die.

Actress? Sure but overall Chace was worse. Blake was also good in Age of Adaline, it depends on the scripts and the direction. Gossip Girl completely wrecked Serena’s character after S1, she barely had any character development

Maybe an hour an a half movie with the original cast for HBO. It took them what….maybe 2 weeks to film an episode. Just have someone write a good script…. Oh wait….

The reboot was much better than the original IMO. I wish more people had seen it because it had some killer characters!

Anyway, IMO it’s them testing the waters. But I would 100% binge watch if Serena and Blair are back. 

blake wouldn't come back. leighton might. sis has had terrible luck with everything she's been in being canceled. doesn't deserve that. single parents especially was so good.

it had promise until we found out the direction that they were going in then naturally when season 2 which was actually good and found it's footing it got cancelled
