I really hope they win. They explain that they chose featured actor in a musical since actor is the gender neutral profession for a performer and their performance is getting all the raves. :clap3: Drama Desk Awards (which recognizes off-Broadway performances too) which announced nominations last week has gone gender neutral.

London transfer FINALLY :flame:

Posted

YAY! Can't wait to see it!

I'm quite upset to be honest. I was looking forward to it but I stand with all strikers.

Ugh, I hate this and especially for the first time nominees.

i don't like emmy thief comer but looks like her play's a hit.

its first 2 full weeks averaged $156 ticket & $158 ticket, for a total of $987k & $973k.

comparably, chastain's: $116 & $120, for $869k & $885k. so bigger theater but still making less.

Ah damn I’m upset it’s not going to be televised.

And love that Hadestown is going overseas! I loved it!

I'm seeing Once on This Island tonight in London (Regent's Park Open Air Theatre), I can't wait! I don't actually know much about the show at all, so I'm going in pretty blind.

Yeah, I thought it was a joke at first :rip:

Norma is technically in her 50s in the original film so it's not that far off from Nicole's actual age. Hopefully they can hag her up well.

Posted

well, patti lupone was 44 when she originated the musical role.

nicole is 44.

The air quality in NYC is terrible at the moment, multiple shows have been cancelled across Broadway..

To any ATRLers in NYC, stay safe :)
