Back in my day PDR meant Pon De Replay

And that fan base has the nerve to say PDR was going to be bigger than Boy’s a liar remix :deadbanana2:

Also Jimin leaving the hot 100 already? Is he going to break or tie Trollz record for the shortest charting #1? :deadbanana4:

Holy sh*t at "Ella Baila Sola" :omg:

That might not happen for a few weeks, if at all. The streaming numbers it needs to reach #1 this week are unrealistically high.

Kill Bill's longevity is insane :wanda:

If it gets the year end #1 that would be crazy

I think Flowers might have the edge because I see it having more As It Was-style radio longevity, while Kill Bill might have more of a Bad Guy-esque run. But Last Night if it continues to blow up on all metrics could also get it, joining other late bloomers like Boom Boom Pow, Rolling in the Deep, or Old Town Road.

Princess Diana feels more like the 27th biggest song, not a Top 5 hit.

Like Crazy would tie Trollz, but Life Goes On owns the record with 3 weeks (although it should noted that LGO was during the Christmas season).

BTS - Life Goes On: 3
6ix9ine & Nicki Minaj - Trollz: 4

Jimin - Like Crazy: 4
BTS - Permission To Dance: 7
Taylor Hicks - Do I Make You Proud: 8
Travis Scott Featuring Young Thug & M.I.A. - Franchise: 9

Ella Baila Sola is not going #1 for a while, if at all, if it continues to be a non-factor at radio. It likely needs at least 10 million more weekly streams than Last Night to compete at the latter’s current level of radio airplay. The threshold will only get higher as as Morgan’s radio airplay continues to grow.

Ew Bad Bunny.

Yeah, Pop landscape is absolutely boring right now, I mean, it shows...

Regional Mexican music is truly killing it right now, oh damn :omg:

That’s what happens when Pop radio plays songs like Flowers and Calm Down like 4 or 5 times every hour. Maybe if they give other songs like ceilings and Love From the Other Side a chance, or explored novelty songs that people are streaming like Ella Baila Sola, then Pop music might get exciting again.
