Are you talking about Gaga? cause Applause had like 14 weeks in the top 10 and it hasn't been ten years since its release.

And yes, Gaga has been unable to chart in the top twenty, not even top ten, for more than two weeks since Applause. Isn't that something?

EDIT: I got it wrong Gaga has been unable to chart in the top twenty for more than a week with a solo effort since Applause.

Yeah you're right, just 9 years and 8 months since Gaga lasted more than a week in the top twenty with a solo entry, that makes such a grand difference and not at all close to ten years 

 

OT: I also just remembered that Rihanna hasn't released an album since streaming exploded and made it easier for artists to chart album tracks which count as solo entries (most of which didn't even probably last in the long run) for some here and disadvantages her.

It's interesting how Billboard attempts to crack down on mass buying/chart tactics but let Swifter clog up the charts with re-recordings/1 week charting songs suddenly throughout the pandemic to create a "wide gap" between her and her peers numbers.
