Can they do that tho? Usually billboardcharts drops the entire top 10 at once so if there is something within the top 10 holding up their calculations, everything will be held up I fear :'(

Theoretically, they could release charts on Saturday (or even Friday), if they really wanted to. Remember, the tracking period ends on Thursday night. Keep in mind, the UK and ARIA charts are released on Friday, and they are never delayed. The US Billboard Hot 100 is the only major chart that is not released during the weekend, and even then, it's delayed more than half the time.

The UK doesn't use official data for the last tracking day. They estimate the numbers based on the average throughout the week

Billboard could just announce both charts (albums + songs) on the same day but I guess they get more attention this way

This is getting too eerily similar to Levitating for my liking. Chartdata already posted about Nicki’s #1 on the Digital songs chart so it can’t be PDR sales that’s stopping them from posting :dancehall3:

Finally :rip:

Doja Cat is not listed on “Kill Bill” on the Hot 100, as the remix did not account for the majority of the song’s overall consumption during the tracking week.

I know what the requirements are. I just wasn’t sure if chartdata didn’t include it.

A solo #1 hit after 19 weeks :jonnycat:

The fact this would be #1 for 2 weeks in December if it wasn't for XMas and it still snatched

To think it could‘ve been #1 for a week in January when it went against AH and #1 again lately nearly 4 months later :jonnycat: if this doesn‘t reach #1 on the YEC

The remix was solely created to get the #1. It would not have been created had it reached #1 beforehand.

I wish there was something like this here in the US when BTS Army was binge buying Butter on Thursday to steal weeks at #1 from Good 4 u and Stay.

I know we were all rooting for Kill Bill, but why were the earlier predictions so pessimistic about its chances of going #1? Were we just giving up hope?

Everyone but me, but anyway, why was everyone so pessimistic about its chances at #1 earlier on.
