Also, to be clear - all of those figures are pure sales according to ChartMasters. The UK album charts 2021 sources include streaming. 

So, don't worry, it's not just your faves whose sales are a bit un-updated; all albums on this list are not properly updated. For instance, those Madonna numbers have been last updated in 2017.

very true. Mariah for example has three more triple platinum albums in queue: #1's, GH and Daydream (all are above 800k in pure sales). I love that the BPI is automatic and we will get re-certs when they are due.

Another reason for not including these free streaming acts.

Yeah, that’s why it always feels strange for me to compare artists from the physical era to the streaming era. it’s just a totally different industry with a different set of rules.
