However, if you're talking the past year, its a tie between SZA, Billie and Ariana.

 

SZA simply because she's too big to ignore especially in the Anglosphere countries,

Billie is just too dominant with the Gen Z market and has the biggest fanbase after Taylor.

Ariana has the most understated hype train among them all after Taylor, mini Rihanna hype train for real.

There are alot of female artists bigger than Taylor overall. Madonna is the most successful female artist of all time, but she is not currently bigger than Taylor. The question is referring to the present.
