By the Water Posted April 8, 2023 Posted April 8, 2023 At the end of the day SZA shouldn't have released during the Holiday season

It's so unfair that Jimin and Drake's new song are #1 "hits" but they will be forgotten by the end of the month while Kill Bill is just a #2 hit. Drake’s new song isn’t going #1. It doesn’t have the streaming numbers to compete with a now very strong Last Night. But yeah, getting to #1 doesn’t matter as much anymore in the post-UGC era. Non-#1s like Kill Bill, Creepin, and even Rich Flex are going to be more remembered than Like Crazy. Just like Levitating, Kiss Me More, and Bad Habits are remembered more than Permission To Dance.
fridayteenage Posted April 8, 2023 Posted April 8, 2023 creepin is just a cover basically so idk if ppl will bother to remember it
SissyThatTwink Posted April 8, 2023 Posted April 8, 2023 mmm i think they’re lowballing the sales, we’ll see on monday/tuesday

SissyThatTwink Posted April 9, 2023 Posted April 9, 2023 well on a brighter note, a 9th week at number 2 seems locked for kill bill next week since drake isn’t a threat to the top 3
Jude Posted April 9, 2023 Posted April 9, 2023 SZA nooooooooooooooooooo I Hate U I Hate U I Hate U I Hate U.

MusicLoverDude Posted April 9, 2023 Posted April 9, 2023 I mean Drake is sort of like Taylor at this point where both of them will do well no matter what. He's so entrenched that he'll debut high regardless. Whether it serves longetivity is the question. What's Next spent less than 20 weeks on the Hot 100, while Rich Flex has already spent over 20 weeks.

It’s just last night is the bigger song and the timing kill bill came out was bad. Had it been 2022 again, it been number one weeks and people would complain about that.
