Most iconic: Olivia Colman. The surprise triumph over Glennie and that speech, lordt.

Next in line: Michelle Yeoh for obvious reasons. The feverish campaign trail of the last two weeks leading up to her win was amazing.

Memorable ones (not in order):

- Frances for her second (I feel like everyone watched 3BB) and Frances for her third (and fourth) in Nomadland (triumphant win in an open field while not caring at all about the campaign whatsoever.)

- Cate Blanchett. Amazing role, sweep, talentry, etc.

- Emma, not because her role was particularly deserving but the whole awards season of La La Land is memorable.

Felt uneventful: Chastain, Moore, Renée.

Most forgettable: Zara Larson's cousin. The fact that even the supporting actress winners that came after her are more memorable (literally all of them).

Voted Renee, although tbh I had no idea Olivia Colman won for The Favourite until just now :rip:

Julianne Moore, for sure. :giraffe:

Julianne Moore but i think in 10 years Chastain's win will be even more forgotten. If someone still remembers it more is cause it's very recent.

The worst nominee snub is Lupita for Us.

Y'all just hate on Brie
but I think people remember more that movie than Rene's for instance

why did Renée waste her hype?? :noparty: has she done anything after her win other than that panned true crime miniseries

this is julianne. terrrible indie movie with a Mediocre performance. with a boring sweep. that no one talks about anymore. at least ppl still bring up Brie’s win from a hit book adaptation even if it is to shade or mock her “fall from grace”. and Renee gets controversy for not looking like Judy but it is a biopic role of a legend - at least she had that lmao. who is even doing discourse over still alice

how dare y'all vote for Ms. Julianne Moore! and ok, Brie's performance in ROOM was amazing, but even i could admit her win was forgettable. i forgot about it until it was mentioned now. it seemed like her career went for a rebrand after it :deadbanana2:

i'd vote for Renee (i didn't know she won BA until one day i came across wiki) and Frances underserved 3rd win though. like, someone stop her :rip:

looking at that list, no one beats Cate's Blue Jasmine. what a performance :jonny5:
