This is just detached from reality.

Polling released earlier today shows the majority of the country supports his indictment (with a majority of Independents and a majority of ALL demographic groups including white voters and non-college-educated voters, his two biggest bases).

No, relying on polls when polls have been “wrong” for two presidential elections in a row is what’s detached from reality :rip:

Especially when people keep coming through with “a majority of Americans…” as if that’s what decides our elections :rip:

Amazing!! Now who next? About 80% of the politicians running our country today should be thrown in a cell with him. Oprah Winfrey Concert GIF by CBS

George W Bush.  He would have paid for his war crimes (and more) if he did that in today's climate.

The Fed used to  refuse me jobs because of my marijuana possession charge. I hope this means that he won’t be quality to run in 2024 :giraffe:

If I couldn’t simply get hired as a software engineer because of one charge I got when I was 18, then there’s no logical reason on why he should be allowed to run again!

I’m really sorry that’s happened to you that’s really unfair. Sadly civil servants are held to much higher standards that politicians despite the politicians having all the actual power.

And this is before the court released the 34 charges he was arrested for today, and well-before any upcoming charges on the January 6 and classified documents cases, which are far more convincing cases for the public to align on against Trump.

This indictment in no way, shape, or form is positive for his 2024 efforts.

These same wonky polls is what made the dems so sure Hillary was the best pick and would win in 2016. Stop underestimating these folks! He single handledly got them to do a whole INSURRECTION.

if this was 2017 or 2018 or 2019 this post would’ve been at 20+ pages :deadbanana2:

the trump show is in its 8th season and we’re bored of the same tired trump storylines, he’s like a parrot  that just repeats himself. we’ll see how this shakes out and if he’ll face real consequences.

Welp, if that is true and well documented, that proves that the payments were meant to interfere with the election and that business records were falsified to hide that fact.

If Trump’s lawyers are unable to get this case thrown out, December is going to be a disaster for Trump.

And this is just one case. Hopefully we will get some more indictments in the next few months. I’m really looking forward to seeing footage of Trump going through boxes of classified documents deciding which should be hidden from the fbi

Oh Kav. He absolutely would not have. Democrats (particularly both Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton) were complicit in allowing him to commit war crimes and eagerly voted to expand his power to do so because they wanted Saddam gone just as badly :dies:

Bush never would have been punished for his war crimes when Democrats enabled him and gave him the mandate to do them. They are just as guilty and would be imprisoned in The Hague alongside him in a world where justice actually existed. Or at the very least, not permitted to serve in public life ever again. And yet, we constantly elect war criminal after war criminal to the Presidency.
