An indictment is not a sentencing, and your sweeping generalization isn't helpful. Rich people receive disproportionately soft sentences, yes, but they are not guaranteed impunity. This is particularly true when media involvement and a history of extreme criminal behavior are both present as aggravating/exacerbating factors. Will he likely evade prison time?
