elevate Posted March 16, 2023 Posted March 16, 2023 We've moved passed the era of old men telling women what to think about their work. It's good to see her getting a "backlash" on Twitter and ATRL because it means the real world does not care and will allow her to have... you know, opinions about her work. A novel concept.

chris1991 Posted March 16, 2023 Posted March 16, 2023 He’s kinda right! Netflix is cutting the check and the shown in its current form put her on the commercial map! She shouldn’t have bad mouthed a current job, like sis Tim B has a lot of friends in the industry so this could backfire!
Chika Posted March 16, 2023 Posted March 16, 2023 Girl I don't care if the script is p*rno-level trash, if a show just helped launch me into superstardom and I'm still working on it I'm gonna praise it like it's the ******* gospel. She has plenty of time to turn her nose up at it when she's old and rich, why jeopordise your career before it's really started

She'll still be the It Girl but the directors, writes, producers etc do care, she needs to shut her mouth from now on, like why the hell are you gonna drag the show you're in? doesnt make any sense.

Toxicity. Posted March 16, 2023 Posted March 16, 2023 I mean Jenna said what she said and then the next day Netflix made her executive producer for season 2 so who cares what this loser thinks

She was right to say what was on her mind. She's opinionated and doesn't sugar coat **** with cookie cutter answers Having an opinion doesn't mean you have to say it, especially publicly. Theoretically yes you could say what's on your mind, but human is not isolated being, you have to deal with human relationships with others with your behaviors. Was S.Jo right about she should be able to play a tree? Yes, but she shouldn't say it in that circumstance. I hope she knows what she is doing with her constant negative comments about Wednesday.
Abracadabra Posted March 16, 2023 Posted March 16, 2023 He says she's being unprofessional by expressing her opinion, but he's doing the same thing so what does that make him?

GentleEarthquake Posted March 16, 2023 Posted March 16, 2023 The meltdowns in here Jenna wants to do it for the arts and not the charts
MAKSIM Posted March 16, 2023 Posted March 16, 2023 9 minutes ago, Josh said: Jenna isn't wrong on her opinion on Wednesday every line felt like it was written to be made into a reaction gif It’s unprofessional to blast people working on your show like that. Like throwing a co-worker under the bus.

It still made her popular the way she is. Also Scream 6 is more popular than Wednesday season 1 is currently
princedonte Posted March 16, 2023 Posted March 16, 2023 She also insulted the fans. Jeremy Strong and Miles Teller got dragged by interviews they did. It has nothing to do with gender.

Navy4Life Posted March 16, 2023 Posted March 16, 2023 Well if the show was any good she wouldn’t be able to say those things. Address whoever directed it hun.

They don’t have the mass appeal that would launch someone into superstardom. Wednesday, for better or worse, is the thing she is known for by everyone. That being said she still has the right to say what she said. She was also 100% right so

ToMmY Posted March 16, 2023 Posted March 16, 2023 I don't know if that was unprofessional but it definitely was dumb of her.

She's trying way too hard to be a contrarian. Appreciate the fact you're in a position so many would die to be in. Yes be appreciative of a role that leaving her creatively bankrupt because she's a star now. This is serving Riverdale teas ( which the cast have complained on a consistent basis)

Beetlejuice 2 is never going to happen so I don’t think we have this to worry about thankfully (and I say that having enjoyed ‘Wednesday’)
