This was one of my least fav albums of hers but it still produced some of her best songs ever: Bouncin, ICSTF, Small Reminders, Pasadena and Woke Up Blessed.  

For some reason I'm never in the mood to listen to that whole stretch of Angels -> The Chase even though I know any T song is phenomenal and I loved when I heard them live. I hope one day I'll grow into fully loving every song. I love the fully realized visual motifs she made this era and I'm excited to see what she's got in store. She's so confident being independent now and she did so many brand collaborations .

 

I do hope next era she can have a big-name femme popstar or rapper collab. Most of her songs with women are more lowkey album tracks (333, Angels, Stuck With Me) and Die A Little Bit was too experimental to be a huge moment. No expectations for her to do "trendy"/pop music but she's so unpredictable. Also last note I'm kinda over the Hitmaka sound after X
