Ted Cruz actually finished pretty strong all things considered; he started polling at like 5% and ended second place. I think DeSantis is more of a Jeb Bush; he's gonna crash and burn
Bang Up Posted March 17, 2023 Posted March 17, 2023 This is going to be so messy and entertaining. Honestly, this is best case scenario for Dems because Trump will be so focused on battling DeSantis that Dems will be able to slide by... and then by the time the primary is over, DeSantis will be a joke nationally. It's literally going to be two loons battling it out to be the most extreme, with each trying to one-up another. They will ultimately turn a huge portion of the US public against Republicans all together.
