Honestly I think the more subdued production/style is part of the appeal at a time when girl groups are feeling like they are often just made in a factory. They are focused on vocals first and everything else will come with time. FLO has a choreographer already in the past. They’re just dancing challenged as a group and admitted they have work to do in that department. The other hold up is that the girls are still working out kinks on singing for their live performances so choreo is an afterthought. Oh and MNEK is truly a genius producer & I have to give him his 10s. He just gets IT. The way he's able to interweave so many climactic moments within just 1 song is a big part of what's missing from modern-day music & why FLO's discography continues to stand out.
