Oh the numbers make sense. TV promo is still very important for getting to the GP, especially the middle aged kind more inclined to buy CDs

183% difference in pure sales (31,926 vs. 11,250)

This is precisely the reason. :skull: The severe lack of availability of physical copies in the UK. Plus she was out heavily promoting, unlike Bey who dropped it and bounced.

The answer is simple. B doesn't have vinyls and promo. The last time B stepped foot in the UK for a TV promo was 2014. Her last radio hit was in 2010.

Congrats Pink (and Christina) for the 6K difference though :clap3:

Not them acting surprise a full pop artist outselling a primarily R&B/urban artist.

P!NK is clearly bigger than Bey in the UK.

Not really. Bigger is subjective. Bey tour power in Europe is bigger than Pink. Both will most likely sell out their tickets but people will willingly pay more expensive price to see Bey than Pink in Europe.

P!nk is GLOBAL. The other girl... :ninja:

Is also global. Hence why you've been seething over her and writing nonsensical troll attempts for years.

Weren't P!nk's latest two tours - Beautiful Trauma & TTAL bigger than Bey's tours in Europe?

Just want to add, since the OP decided to do the calculations for pure sales but not streams, that Trustful, a promoted album received 28% of the streams RENAISSANCE did.

Crazy how the goalpost always moves when convenient.  When Beyoncé was one of the absolute strongest physical sellers amongst pop singers, she was berated for her low stream count. Now that REN has not only outpaced her own peers in streaming, but maintains some of the biggest numbers of 2022 releases, of course we’ve turned to sales again.
