Chloe is beautiful, talented, works hard and the visuals have been good (except the Latto one) and the music has been decent, not great. But something is just not clicking with her solo endeavours overall for me. I’m not sure what it is. 
 

Have Mercy was a great start but I’m just not into much of the rest despite the very clear effort she is putting in

It really does because it was pitched/handed over to her. She has no producing credits and minimal songwriting credits
