Welcome everyone to this season's Final Tribal Council! Our Top 3 has been officially decided, so it is now time to move on to the Final Interview stage of the game. This stage of the game is a final chance for the remaining three castaways to prove why they deserve the title of Sole Survivor.

 

Below are three sections detailing how the Finale will work on your part. Read the section corresponding to you.

For some of you, it's been over a month since your elimination. For others, you're newer to Ponderosa. But all of you have been chatting it up on Discord, and we're grateful for that!

 

You all have two tasks for this finale. One is optional while the other is mandatory.

 

The first task is for you to ask questions of the final three. We are consolidating all jury questions on Discord and will post them tomorrow night for the finalists. Please join us there to send your question(s). You may submit one, a few, or none at all if you're content with your viewership of this season. Make sure to specify whether your question(s) are for one specific castaway or all of them. You may also include whatever commentary you want (go all out, if your heart desires). Also don't send us too general questions as we will have all of those covered in the interview, as you will see below. Feel free to have a civil discussion in the thread in response to the finalists' statements - followup questions are allowed but be reasonable.

 

MOST IMPORTANT: The second (mandatory) task for the Jury will be to vote for the winner. You will have 24 hours to vote after the interviews are posted, with the voting period ending at 10 PM EDT on Thursday, April 13. More information on voting will be given after the interviews are posted.

I have no questions. I just have statements. Wish, you’re a very openly arrogant, pompous, human being. But I admire your frankness with it. You have worked hard to get where you’re at and you started working hard way before you come to the island. So with my work ethic background, I give that credit to you. But on the other hand, your inability to admit your failures without going into a whiny speech makes you a bit of a loser in life.

 

Fais, the sleeping persona queen. You did get stomped on, on discord, by a mentally unstable b*tch that had never been on the internet, let alone on ATRL in his life. You sucked on that game. Anyways, I was your friend at the beginning of this, really thinking that you were a true friend. I was willing to be sittin’ there and put you next to me. At that time you were sweeter than me. I’m not a very openly nice person. I’m just frank, forward, and tell you the way it is. To have you sit there next to me, and me lose $900,000 just to stomp on somebody like this.

 

But as the game went along and the two tribes merged, you lied to me, which showed me the true person that you are. You’re very two-faced and manipulative to get where you’re at anywhere in life. That’s why you fail all the time. So at that point of the game, I decided then just to go out with my alliance to my family and just to hold my dignity and values in check and hoping that I hadn’t lost too many of them and play the game just as long as possible and hang in there as long as possible.

But Fais, go back to a couple of times RL said to you, ‘What goes around, comes around.’ It’s here. You will not get my vote. My vote will go to [Redacted]. And I hope that is the one vote that makes you lose the money. If it’s not, so be it. I’ll shake your hand and I’ll go on from here. But if I were to ever pass you along in life again and you were laying there dying of thirst, I would not give you a drink of water. I would let the vultures take you and do whatever they want with you, with no ill regrets.

 

I plead to the jury tonight to think a little bit about the island that we have been on. This island is pretty much full of only two things: snakes and rats. And in the end of Mother Nature, we have Wish the snake, who knowingly went after prey, and Fais, who turned into the rat that ran around like the rats do on this island, trying to run from the snake. I feel we owe it to the island’s spirits that we have learned to come to know to let it be in the end the way that Mother Nature intended it to be. For the snake to eat the rat.

Acutally yes, voted you out because you told me to. i told my closest alliances this and they can vouch for me.

 

What was, in your opinion, your biggest game move?

Voting out Aurora. That was the least expected thing ever cause I was literally sleeping and already locked in my vote for someone else.

Same sis I had lovely memories with you. Well all I can say is that I never voted out for you. Never even once. I tried saving you twice but it didn't work the 2nd time.

All I can say is  I have a strong feeling fais is gonna win this one cause they were never really a problem or drama queen? Drama always seemed to have surrounded me ever since starchild + aurora told everyone and planned to vote me behind my back.

It was true. Judges can vouch for me. I wanted to vote myself out and be done with the game cause I couldn't vote out one of my 'friends'. Unfortunately the judges told me I couldn't vote for myself and then they gave me a lecture on how unfair it was for me to want to leave the game when a lot of players still wanted to play. I agreed and so I continued playing to protect 'wish' and 'fais'. You know they also ask me like 3 times if I seriously wanted to quit the game because it was getting too intense with everything. Also fyi, i literally thought it was final 2 not final 3. They can also vouch for me, I told them that they should vote me out in the end if it's the final 3. So no, it was never a strategy. If anything at all, I think it makes people view me as more annoying and a 'goody two shoes'.

I would randomly pick wish or fais using a online generator. I would convince fais and wish to vote me out.

Hey. Yeah I was trying to help you out at first. That’s why I told you that delirious was not with you cause I found out from wish that him, kittenish, bowdown and delirious agreed to vote you out because of your reputation. And wish also told me about your doubler and also about your plan to throw the challenges (which I knew already). Honestly I’m not sure what was your plan cause you did not tell me about your vote doubler. I’m not sure if you forgot to tell me about you doubler but even with the vote doubler, we will only have 4 votes for delirious (2x you, me & guero) and it will only cause 4-4 tied and for revote, only 5 people will vote and we were outnumbered. So I told guero that I had to vote you out. I want us (the SEA gurls) to go far but at the same time, I feel like the ship was sinking and I can’t ruin my connection with the Matthaei and I had to jump out from our ship and swim to the Matthaei’s Disney’s cruise.

My biggest game move was when I stood firm with my decision not to flip on bryce on Episode/Round 11. Yeah blindside is fun but I don’t see any benefit for me to blindside bryce on that round. I feel like Stevie, Kylie and Trugemini will benefit the most from the blindside and will take control of the merge tribe while the attention will move towards me and wish. But Wish, Stevie & Kylie tried their best to flip me but I still refused to do so. By doing that, I ensure that when I decided to flip, wish and I are still going to be in control of everything. 
 

And when wish won two immunity necklace and considered to give it to bryce (to soften the blow, because wish still chose to vote out bryce in the previous round) or taeyeon (so it will be meaningless cause taeyeon was not a target), I knew I had to be shameless and asked the idol for myself. Bryce asked for wish second immunity necklace while already have the Helix Idol was such a bold move. And I felt like it’s a great time for us to make the move and that’s when we formed the Villains alliance with Stevie & Trugemini which I felt more balance instead of the proposition in the previous round (me/wish and Stevie/Kylie/Gemini)

1. Same. I had a great time with you. I think you are a threat to my game. You’re very sociable and had great instinct. Like when Stevie, wish and you tried to get me to vote with you guys, I was swayed the most by your campaign and reasoning. And when you said we can vote for bryce first and trugemini next, I feel like you knew I was worried to vote with you/Stevie/trugemini. Even though we did not talked that much, it felt like I knew you way longer than that. That’s why I need to follow my gut and voted you out first. And my decision not to vote with you/wish/stevie/trugemini was the reason why you were no longer in the game. And you should vote for me for that. You played a good social game which was what I planned to do and you scared me. Also, a season with a SEA winner. Vote for me 

 

2. I love being delusional so here are my guesses

 

touya - Me. I feel like we had more interaction and connection than wish/delirious. I hope he will understand my decision why I voted him out

 

guero - Me. I’m probably being delusional but same as touya, I hope he will understand why I decided to jump ship. 
 

Aurora - This is tough. We bonded during the Super Bowl challenge. As much as I want to work with him, I had a solid alliance at that time and Aurora was a threat to us. For some reason I still think he will vote for me cause I remember he said he can’t stand delirious and was not really close to wish. 
 

luckitty - I don’t know much about luckitty, I only heard from other fans that he was active in fans’ group chat and really love the idea for all fans alliance. But I knew, he has such a great taste in music. A Gfriend fan and favorite song is Navillera. TASTE. Our conversations probably not as much as what he had with wish and delirious but maybe he felt betrayed by the other fans and will vote for me.

bowdown - Me. Just kidding. I guess wish as he said in his speech that I will not get his vote. But

I thought it was so funny and I need to figure out who did that. And I found out that it might be delirious. Which is pretty awkward cause I threw him under the bus to touya in the previous round. Our first conversation together was so awkward. He suspected someone told touya that he exposed touya to our alliance. And I can feel this energy that he didn’t like me and suspected that it might be me. And I’m not good at denying things so it was awkward until I asked about the Ava Max parchment. Suddenly things turned around between us and we started to bond very quickly. And it was easy because our taste in music kinda similar. And the moment he picked Goodness Gracious as one of his favorite song from Halcyon Days, I knew we need to work together. And it definitely help me a lot. Delirious was the first one who came to me and told me that luckitty wanted me out. And he warned me again when my name was mentioned at the final 7 and final 5. Yeah I failed to get him to vote out wish at final 6 and it annoyed me a little bit but at the same time I kinda understand that he valued our friendship more than the game. Both me and wish were the reason for him to still be here and I felt protected the most by him. So thank you @Delirious for having my back. I really appreciate it. Also, thank you AVA MAX. The impact of that parchment to my game 
 

And yes. Woonggi-Jiwoong-Seowon were my 3 pick votes. I voted for them everyday and I’m so nervous with the result tomorrow. Some of the spoilers already made me want to throw up. But it’s probably fake. I hope so.
