I like it. It definitely has James Gunn cliches all over it, and it looks pretty bad visually. But I'm can't lie, I am hopeful and excited for a new Era of DC

Looks corny.

I don't think the visuals are a big deal lol. I always cared about the story more. So far the trailer does look interesting.

It looks.... okay. Like some of the shots are solid but the CGI at times looks ssooo bad. I know they're going to refine it before July but shot made me literally laugh out loud:

It has potential but I am not sure if it will be as good as Man of Steel. Yes, I enjoy that movie quite a bit.

The CGI def needs some work but the movie looks surprisingly good

I'm cautiously optimistic for this one. It does feel like a good mix of emotional story beats and action pieces based on the trailer.

Yeah I'll take the L. I said nobody cares about Superman no more. But people showed out :jonny6:

But the internet told me comicbook movies were over and Deadpool was just a fluke? We really back

people are over it. For now. At least with the MCU. They only show up for event movies and you can't keep doing event movie after event movie, etc or you'll ruin your future and actual event movies.

Superman is an event and people care because it's the beginning of something promising.

3 weeks ago the MCU got a critical & Golden globe Nomination, Marvel broke physical digital sales record 2 months ago, X-Men 97 Emmy Nominated…. Agatha is Top RT series since 2021, and top 10 streaming on Nielsen every week with best rentetion rate of any Marvel studios tv series everz confirmed by Disney's own CEO Bob iger last month by boosting the entire Platforms Quarter earnings :ahh: must I go on. Event movies ain't the MCU problem, it was the quality control and over saturated market. Marvel literally has had a 800M+ film every year since the Pandemic started…. Even last year in thier biggest flop year. That wasn't the problem. If anything next year will be way more profitable for marvel following Deadpool & RDJ getting the fandom back on board of the multiverse saga. More proof that ComicBook movies aren't going anywhere. Especially not when the MCU is about to drop back to back Avengers movies in a year. Lol

anyways im trying to keep this a positive DC related thread only.
