I think it's hard for people to appreciate how much Gaga truly changed in pop culture because it happened so quickly, and nowadays we take it all for granted. The video I posted above highlights just how much of a change Gaga was to the pre-existing ideas around popstars and celebrity overall. Bey hasn't really impacted the industry much outside of surprise album drops if we're being honest. Most artists don't release music in the same vein as Bey, and visual albums weren't a huge shock to the system or anything. It's not like we have a bunch of artists focused on being seen as untouchable goddesses, or even a large emphasis on performance ability currently in the music industry.
