That’s where Miley shines and that’s what most people love hearing Miley do. Obviously, the production will be more upbeat though, so I’m interested to hear it! Miley’s voice just has the tendency to make anything with a resemblance of a melody to sound like ballads when not accompanied by instrumentation & productions. That’s not to say that the song will even be a ballad to begin with. All we’ve heard is acapella so we really have no way of knowing. The lyrics sound amazingly catchy.
