Since the Queen is releasing  new music in few weeks. Are there any chances she's promoting it SoKor or the ban hasn't been lifted?

I don't expect any promo in Korea to be honest. Promotion overseas and in China is much more likely. Plus she's going on a tour later this month so she'll probably use that as promotion too. Though the album is being released via Korea so it will count for Hanteo and Circle.

 

Also Coridel sucks and isn't organized enough. The fans had to bully their twitter account for days, just to get them to post the teaser schedule

Well like @Zack said they're still using her voice but I guess you could argue that they may not legally be able to use her image to promote the group, but that depends on your definition of promotion and tbh it does just seem petty like who would even have noticed her in this pic?
