they did back in april this year and released two albums after that, the label did nothing so far though 

their previous album only became available at stores weeks/months(?) later and it was only the CD (if i’m not mistaken)

Yeah what’s the point of getting an us label if the distribution suck?
 

Monsta X was on Epic, so under Sony? I think their songs were sent on pop radios. But I think the Monsta x fans on this thread would have more better informations lol

Yeah especially for the pop category, it’s mostly based on the American performances. And Cupid have more chance than Seven. 
 

I wouldn’t mind an Asian Grammys awards honestly. But only if they include all the genres and not only Kpop and Jpop music.

NewJeans has distribution through european countries, but in UK, specifically, I think their distribution is more limited/there's lack of push due to the fact they haven't released special versions to chart on UK Charts following their strict rules. 

 

So, most likely, the copies sent to the store you went were sold out and there wasn't enough interest in re-stocking yet.
