aespa smashed it at outside lands

obviously they don't give as much dance energy as other 4th gen groups but they more than make up for it with the insane visuals and excellent live vocals

when the three of them were standing waiting for the band to start Next Level.... LAWD. They look otherworldly

also the live band version of Black Mamba HIT :jonny5:

They are actually serving 2nd Gen. I missed girl groups who don't  excessively dances and turning everything into dance competition, Aespa is bringing that elegant feminine cvnty energy back  :jonnycat:

Maybe SM is changing for the better…

As they should. They let them in the dungeon for almost 1 year and now they're hard carrying the company :intoit:

IVE: someone in this thread once said that this group feels like Wonyoung and friends and… I couldn’t agree more. Although their music is amazing

That would be me quite recently. Great music but I feel like Wonyoung being the undisputed biggest IT Girl of this gen, her presence is just way too big for the others to catch up.

Them always talking about xenophobia, sexism but as soon as a female girl group take one record they get pissed :deadbanana2:

At least can y’all say Wonyoung & Yujin & Friends. Yujin is more relevant than these supposedly It girl. We all saw how it turned out when SS gave them kitsch. Yujin completely overshadowed everyone

IVE solo promotions are def not terrible, they still need to improve though

starting with IG accounts for the rest would be great

Someone said here that Winter should wear something black for such events like this. The heavens heard your prayers, she looks ethereal with that black dress and ginger hair  :jonny4:

Long hair winter wins again, short hair lost :gaynetcat4:

Yujin is for sure very big among Korean GP (wider range of demographic than Wonyoung for sure thanks to her hit variety appearance) but for some reason audiences that drive online engagement seem to not interest in her at all :bam:   Maybe Wonyoung is really too far ahead.

Rei Liz Gaeul should have personal IG by now, Blonde Liz comeback seems like a lost opportunity to promote her solo account :chick3:. Leeseo can wait til she hit 18

Not when SNSD got a black ocean for talking to Super Junior before they became omnipresent :'( kpop stans, both nationally and internationally, have always been nutcases. Hot ass collab though

You forgot the point they were called **** by K Netz just for talking to TVXQ and SUJU and this collab..

I think people tend to forget how much problematic the kpop stans were back then.

you can just SEE that the beyonce/camila cabello is missing

an entire member is missing, where they didn't bother to adjust the choreo, so you can show the crowd in the moments it's her turn... and instead you choose the dance break to focus on the crowd (when all the dancers are actually there)

it's giving british daytime television camerawork

Those days were terrible for SNSD for sure but not as extreme as today where you can't even put females and males in one room or else all hell would break loose :bam:

Like Hyuna was rumored to have been IMPREGNATED by the lead singer 2PM Jay Park as the reason as to why she left Wonder Girls

k-pop boygroup stans have always had an extremely creepy relationships with their biases. Like that whole stereotype of where they would just straight up draw hentai of their biases :rip: 2nd gen boygroups would also do extreme fan service like acting overtly brotherly / making each other blush / straight up kissing each other to play into it

girl you just notice it more now because of twitter and international presence. nothing is as extreme as all boygroup stans SCHEMING together through a hate website dedicated to SNSD to collectively buy out the tickets and turn off their light sticks during SNSD's turn
