Pluto6 Posted April 7, 2023 Posted April 7, 2023 (edited) It's so funny how TXT are the only 4th gen group that are always acknowledging that they are in the 4th gen, and really living out "the 4th gen life" if you get what I mean, to the point that it's tacky And the way HYBE always mediaplay about TXT being the "representation and face of 4th gen" etc., and the whole "Yeonjun 4th gen it-boy" fiasco Like leave the 4th gen leader and it-boy discussions to the fans, cause it just looks corny when the company and even the members trying to mediaplay about it. JYP are known to be hesitantly spur budget on marketing and aesthetic so that's why Stray Kids overall aesthetic are lean towards the leather costume to the points Stays start to making joke about it. I wish it was only JYPee but overall kpop fashion is tragic af. Like there's no indivuality. What you see on one group is what you're going to see on the next. This is before my time in kpop but I heard earlier groups had outfits designed for them and they didn't rely on what these luxory brands are throwing at them. Another thing I don't understand is the clear bias when it comes to dressing members most noticable in girl groups. I can inderstand giving the favored member the best outfit but they be putting the unfavored ones in straight up trash. Like wouldn't you want the group to at least cohesively look good?
