As of January 14th Janet sold over 526,000 tickets she added two more dates currently her dates are selling out so much.

2? Yaamava theater in Highland, CA and where else? Or are you referring to Allentown, PA as the other one?

The fact that a woman who has the level of her fame so HUMONGOUS just let the legacy go.

her "team" is randy and that bald bodyguard. so, very lazy and missing every single opportunity.

She should be on a major again imo but that will never happen.

I love Damita but I think it’s time we stop blaming other people and accept that she is the main problem. She’s very much in control of everything around her and seems content with how things are and is more focused on raising her son. :coffee2:

That the main problem. She takes one step forward every few years and then wastes every potential opportunities. Watch her give us a random standalone single for the tour :deadbanana4:

There’s been a bigger push the last 3+ years to revitalize her legacy by people who thought she was done dirty (she was) and she pretty much did nothing with it.  Sigh.  At least I’ll see her perform.

So it seems the major cities are all either sold out or close to it. The smaller cities are not going to be sell outs, I wish Live Nation would stop sending her to such random places.

She said new music would be performed on the tour, but I was really hoping for at least 1-2 new songs before. I agree, the problem is Janet herself. She's an indecisive Taurus who cant decide on what song to put out as a single I bet. The music has already been recorded and mastered. I am still going to her tour in MA.

She's not indecisive. That would indicate some sort of care for the outcome. She simply doesn't give a **** because her career is not what fulfills her. The sooner we accept that the better. She does this stuff to pay some bills here and there. She has moved past the point in her life where her professional projects are milestones and her albums are diaries.

This unfortunately. She’s kinda been over it since the Discipline era. Unbreakable was probably her idea of a final gift to the fans :rip:

I doubt Live Nation is forcing her to go to these random places. I remember the first time I saw the poster on Twitter and thinking why she’s skipping several major cities to perform in the most  random places :gaycat7:

I know they are not forcing her. I'm sure she gets a flat fee per show and doesn't care about the gross. I just find it odd they don't capitalize on bigger markets for bigger box score.

There’s a lot of tours happening this year so it could be due to a lot of the arenas within major cities being already booked for certain dates. Also these random places are probably a lot cheaper to book as well.
