dude my Taylor ticket was $101 :rip: but my Weyes Blood ticket was only $30, which i’m still shook by

i wanna get a Kimbra ticket, hopefully it’ll also be only about $30

The benefits of liking smaller artists is it's cheap as hell to go see them. I saw OPN, Danny Brown & Carly for about $30 each :deadbanana4: Bad Bunny was expensive though... but we had floor seats.

I remember paying $40 for floor seats, 13 rows away from Taylor’s face, during the Fearless era. And $60-70 for floor seats during Speak Now.

thank god I support smaller artists instead :jonnycat:

I think the most I ever payed for a concert ticket was around $200 something for Ariana's Sweetener tour. Never again!

Stanning flops has literally no negatives because smaller venues make the show more intimate and the ticket prices are so affordable :WAP:

That’s true but people will buy them anyway so it’s like why shouldn’t they charge that much? :celestial:

There certainly appears to be a criminal element behind Ticketmaster’s way pricing tickets at this point.

Some people can afford it.

Some people don't go to multiple shows.

I started working at the venues directly and through temp agencies, it's a great way to see the show without paying!

This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever read

Why go to school when you can just look it up on google?

At this point though it’s been more worth it to go to festivals, at least most are multiple days and you can see several artists for that money. Earlier this year I went to Sol Blume in northern california and saw Jazmine Sullivan, Tinashe, Lauren Jauregui, Victoria Monet, Syd, Summer Walker, Jorja Smith, Lucky Daye, Smino, Majid & Jordan & more I was living

I wish I went to that festival!!

I think concerts and festivals are worth going to. I made a concert budget/fund because it's something I enjoy. We have choices...if it's too expensive for you, then don't do VIP or floor seats. You don't have to be up close all of them time. Some of the mid level or club level seats are great.

I live in the West Palm Beach-Fort Lauderdale-Miami area, so most artists come here and I work at four venues, so I'm in a position to not miss most shows. I can afford going to multiple of the smaller venue shows now that I've removed the cost of those $100 and up ticket shows.

not this comment being broadcasted from Kindness, Chromatica ?? Both things you posted are solid advice. Or just stay home if thats more in your price range. Its not that hard.

It’s the scalpers!!!!

I’ve always found it is cheaper to buy a ticket the day of. They somehow always miraculously open up seats for cheaper to fill the arena or stadium.

This is exactly why I stan lesser-known acts these days and go to their concerts. Their shows are actually affordable AND you can make your way close to the stage without paying an arm and a leg AND you're supporting someone that actually needs and appreciates the support, unlike the multi-millionaires playing stadiums and arenas.

I'll wait till before the show etc for desperates to sell or hell give me a

free ticket. I saw Twenty One Pilots for free through someone on twitter
