OT: Rising expenses to put a tour on (accommodations, travel, food, etc) have driven prices up. If an artist does have affordable seats, either the merch is hella overpriced or there’s insane VIP packages. It’s so frustrating for us fans but the alternative for many acts is cancel the tour. Most won’t work their ass off for maybe a crumb of profit

This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever read Why go to school when you can just look it up on google? At this point though it’s been more worth it to go to festivals, at least most are multiple days and you can see several artists for that money. Earlier this year I went to Sol Blume in northern california and saw Jazmine Sullivan, Tinashe, Lauren Jauregui, Victoria Monet, Syd, Summer Walker, Jorja Smith, Lucky Daye, Smino, Majid & Jordan & more I was living Edited November 30, 2022 by Cyanide

Robert Posted December 1, 2022 Posted December 1, 2022 Dynamic pricing needs to be banned and re-selling tickets for a profit should be illegal. On 12/1/2022 at 3:31 AM, MadonnasBoyfriend said: Have you tried working a second job? Please say this is a joke.
Zaynsus Posted December 1, 2022 Posted December 1, 2022 I guess they have to get back the money they lost because of the pandemic somehow. Cancelling tours has a cost.
XAMJ Posted December 1, 2022 Posted December 1, 2022 I agree they are price gouging us. As long as people go, nothing will change.
Why Try Posted December 1, 2022 Posted December 1, 2022 Everything is and has been going up. Attending concerts, sports games and even just seeing a movie has become somewhat of a luxury now.

Edit0rz Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 Support smaller artist at smaller venues. I buy tickets directly from the venue and typically cost $20 to $40. Don't support artist that are greedy and don't go to arena or stadium shows, it's not worth the experience like something more intimate.
RockStarShit101 Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 just stop going to them, or catch them on youtube
Pop Life Posted December 3, 2022 Posted December 3, 2022 And it's only getting worse. Support small artists while you still can
Machete Posted December 4, 2022 Posted December 4, 2022 Dynamic pricing is not $200 for a floor ticket That term is being thrown around for anything these days.
