Sorry I thought you meant 30 is just climbing based on US discounts. My bad. Sorry!

It's fine. Black Friday discounts clearly play a big part but everybody has them and only Adele has climbed that much, so it's not a bad thing.

To the haters, where is your album charting on BB200? I’m dying to know. :foxaylove2:

OT: Queen Adele :clap3:

The vinyl was discounted to $15 on target, walmart and amazon, it's probably cause of that :rip:

Vegas shows hardly, if ever, cause impact. If it was a tour it would be another story.

One great discount after giving the era some attention (I Drink Wine video) and getting near to the xmas shopping spree makes more sense :toofunny2:

If most artists had their albums/vinyls discounted, why was Adele the only one climbing 76 spots? Vegas had a big impact on social media and it's been clearly reflected on her sales/numbers. Go spread your bitterness somewhere else.

All Night Parking did that :clap3:

Anyway, I would love to hear your thought here:

It's interesting how this Vegas viral moments has had a lot bigger effect on the album than the TV airing of An Audience with Adele on NBC this summer. I think social media promo is what they should focus in the future. Adele Access finally started on Tiktok.

don't mind them they're bothered by the fact that Adele's 2010s output alone is 10x the peak that they can dream of and blows their fav's last 5 outputs combined

Not you even believe that.

OT: Congratulations!

If Swifties made multiple threads when "30" left the top 50, the top 100, the top 150, etc. Why can't Adele fans make a thread about the album jumping 76 spots without the Swifties starting the same annoying **** over and over again?  :cm:

You mean the album with 17 tracks? And I mention it because it matters so much on Billboard. And that's why Morgan Wallen is perpetually in the Top 5 seemingly, with his double album. If it had 12 tracks it'd be nowhere close.

I'm talking about how Billboard counts the streaming units from an album. It favors albums with more tracks in them.

I guess not everyone can have a rerecording top 25 after a year but good 4 her :clap3:

This member said the same thing as well yet here he is:

Swifties love to act like they don’t start things and bring her up when 90% of the time they do.

Two other members already brought up Taylor before me (including the OP), so you may wanna try redirecting your anger there tyvm.

Oh counting only pure sales for the albums. Congratulations on still living in the 2000s I guess

21 is bigger and will always be bigger than anything Taylor will ever release.

25 definitely wasn't as big as 1989 no matter what pure sales of either albums are.:bird:

OT: Expecting top 50 next week considering that she is doing weekly shows.:jonnycat:

But it's factually bigger as an album. 1989 era was bigger obviously but 25 is a bigger album than 1989.

Chartmasters:

25 : 30,7M
1989: 24,2M
