Black Friday discounts clearly play a big part but everybody has them and only Adele has climbed that much, so it's not a bad thing.
TROJAN Posted November 29, 2022 Posted November 29, 2022 To the haters, where is your album charting on BB200? I’m dying to know. OT: Queen Adele

If it was a tour it would be another story. One great discount after giving the era some attention (I Drink Wine video) and getting near to the xmas shopping spree makes more sense If most artists had their albums/vinyls discounted, why was Adele the only one climbing 76 spots? Vegas had a big impact on social media and it's been clearly reflected on her sales/numbers. Go spread your bitterness somewhere else.
BtDecember Posted November 29, 2022 Posted November 29, 2022 All Night Parking did that Anyway, I would love to hear your thought here:

It's interesting how this Vegas viral moments has had a lot bigger effect on the album than the TV airing of An Audience with Adele on NBC this summer. I think social media promo is what they should focus in the future. Adele Access finally started on Tiktok.

And I mention it because it matters so much on Billboard. And that's why Morgan Wallen is perpetually in the Top 5 seemingly, with his double album. If it had 12 tracks it'd be nowhere close.

JawBreaker Posted November 29, 2022 Posted November 29, 2022 I guess not everyone can have a rerecording top 25 after a year but good 4 her

Two other members already brought up Taylor before me (including the OP), so you may wanna try redirecting your anger there tyvm.

Congratulations on still living in the 2000s I guess 21 is bigger and will always be bigger than anything Taylor will ever release. 25 definitely wasn't as big as 1989 no matter what pure sales of either albums are. OT: Expecting top 50 next week considering that she is doing weekly shows.

But it's factually bigger as an album. 1989 era was bigger obviously but 25 is a bigger album than 1989. Chartmasters: 25 : 30,7M 1989: 24,2M
