No, I don't think it will without some sort of radio deal, the streams are cute but nothing too impressive to chart based on them alone.

It could've if they made enough vinyls when they sold them and maybe add a digital EP

Most of the song's streams comes from outside of the United States. And as someone said above I doubt it's being massively played on US radio either as it was not even a single.
