I think after getting interest back with Head Above Water and getting her following and interest back for Luv Sux it would be dumb to not strike while the iron is hot. Esp with I'm A Mess doing well. If she took a 2-3 year break that be a waste. She can always drop the album in fall of 2023 and tour in Q1 of 2024.

 

I want her to have a summer smash though.

yeah i say drop a new single and start the era in the summer and drop the new album in the fall. with the way things are going i can see her getting pregnant and that being a reason why she scraps an album. she needs to strike now before this relationship implodes and she veers off again.

unless she's miraculously gonna have taylor's work ethic that's not gonna happen. the mgk tour for better her worse gave her clout again as a celebrity and his new style of music and publicity bought attention back to her as well. when i went to their concert the fans that were there were fans of both so they in a way share the same audience. avril being the pop rock icon of the 2000s and mgk thinking that he's one now for gen z lol it should've been split evenly or without the other opener and avril should've had a 40 minute set list

She should not be an opening act for ANYONE. She has a dedicated enough fanbase WW to tour on her own. Theater-sized venues in the US would be fine. If Demi Lovato and Alicia Keys can do it consistently, so can Ramona.

 

Her opening for Taylor would be equally as pathetic as her opening for MGK or BSB. It would essentially relegate her back to Z-list status.

I do think most Swifties don't talk about Ramona IRL. But I do think that a majority of Swifties at least like or respect Ramona. I'm sure they stream her classics regularly. Whether or not they'd be interested in seeing her live is up for debate.
