Most people I know that vacation in Spain are not treated like trash. I doubt white Latin people the look like Shakira, Aubrey Plaza, Sophia Vergara, Dianara Torres are treated like trash. They are racist against people that have mixed appearances. It's a racial thing not an ethnic thing. That is my entire point. Plenty of "white people" already sing musica urbana.

Going on vacation isn't the same as living in Spain. No matter how white a Latin American is, Spanish people can be very quick to start calling them 'panchitos' and spew a bunch of racist, colonialist stuff (Latin women are horny sluts; Latin men are lazy, hot-headed ignorante). Just look at how Shakira is treated online by Spaniards, if you want a clear example. ------ I would have preferred Bad Bunny to win, but idk why people are suddenly acting like the Latin Grammys are exclusive to Latin Americans. Shakira is more ethnic looking than the other women you listed. Someone like Danayra Torres would be treated well in Spain because she doesn’t have any non European traits but not Shakira.
