ATRL Moderator supaspaz Posted February 11, 2023 Author ATRL Moderator Posted February 11, 2023 Thank you so much for joining me for the 10th Annual ATRL Grammys! I truly cannot believe we've been doing this together for a whole decade. It's been a lot of hard work and sometimes challenging, but always a blast. And that's because of you! I could not do this without your participation. A huge shoutout of appreciation to the amazing presenters, and to everyone who voted, commented and supported this thread over the past three months (or this event over past 10 years!). Congratulations to the incomparable Beyoncé, who won her third Album of the Year prize tonight, an astonishing but well-deserved reflection of her unmatched and, pardon the pun, unique contributions to pop music. I look forward to seeing you all again next year. Until then, here to play us out is another of the night's big winners. With a special renditon of our first Record of the Year winner ever, "I Knew You Were Trouble.," give it up for Taylor Swift!

Thought about her "Formation" performance from the VMAs, but it's so short.

Achilles. Posted February 12, 2023 Posted February 12, 2023 Yay for Bey! Thanks for another great ceremony supa! Working on updating the cumulative winners list, but right off the bat I can say a few things: 1. Beyoncé ties the record for most wins in a single year, with 7. She matches Taylor Swift (who swept with Red), Beyoncé (who swept with Beyoncé), and Rihanna (who swept with Anti). 2. With 2 big wins this year, Beyoncé surpasses Billie Eilish to reclaim the runner-up spot on the list of acts with the most general field wins. Taylor Swift extends her lead with another Song of the Year win tonight. 3. Beyoncé (17) leapfrogs Kendrick Lamar and Kacey Musgraves, who each have 11 wins, to secure the runner-up spot on the overall leaderboard. Only Taylor Swift has more wins, with 27.

And yet no one can quite seem to break that logjam of seven awards.

Taylor is up to 25, right? According to your post in the archives thread, she was up to 22 last year and won three more tonight.

So this is just the second time it’s been done solely with competitive wins. Is the thread with all of the past winners still around somewhere?
