Why does she get such horrendous numbers? I get Lemonade because it spanned no hits and it's overall allround terrible, but 4, BEYONCÉ, DIL and the rest had at least one decent well known song.

You missed her second album.

You Stan for Britney enough said trust she won’t make on the US list or a global one :ahh:  :lmao:

Bombing would be Britney and it’s been that way for over 10 years  :lmao:

Born This Way is an actual album that had something to say outside the same camp writtened love songs of 4... I guess it's getting some new found love a decade later while the other is a product of its time and is shelved to dust

It received a boost recently because sis just finished a stadium tour where a couple tracks from BTW went viral on TikTok. It’s well deserved too because it’s her best album, but your delusional theories are giving cringe. Renaissance is just taking away from the rest of her catalog at the moment, because at the end of the day Bey was the first woman to have 3 albums crack 1B streams. This failed logic your running with isn’t taking any attention away from the fact that Renaissance will also outstream Chromatica in the long run too. Much like 4 did BTW and ST did Artpop. Nothing has changed.

I don't know, isn't Beyonce supposed to be a 'King' and album seller? Maybe because BTW is better than any of her albums?

You don't know that, as more people migrate to streaming more of her fans have started to stream her songs, but back to topic, Beyoncé's numbers are such a mystery she has a disco album out right now (following all the trends) and it did NOTHING for her catalog.

Well but REN itself has flopped globally why would it help her catalog.

Her catalog has done over 2B in the Us  Spotify is not the only place to stream music :lmao:

For one more time, horrible numbers for Ms. Knowles since IASF in 2009.

Does this figure include TIDAL because if so those numbers cannot be trusted.

We use Spotify because it makes numbers public. Born This Way which is a massive flop outside of the first week (which included sales for 99 cents) is outstreaming all her albums on the biggest platform despite Beyoncé just releasing her own Future Nostalgia/Chromatica/Disco this is bad.

Wait, I didn´t realize that they are that close.

This has more to do with Gaga having 6 years to adapt to streaming and Beyoncé having 6 months. Gaga released Joanne, ASIB, Chromatica, Love For Sale, and a couple other reissues/remix albums all available to streaming while Beyoncé dropped...Renaissance. Before Shallow her streaming numbers were seriously in the pits and while it's impressive that she's been able to revive her once dead catalogue, it's disingenuous to not give context to why Bey's streams are not great. So far Renaissance has done nothing to help her catalogue streams, but we don't know what Act II or III will do. And despite her poor recurrent streams, IASF and 4 have solid streaming numbers overall.

If we look into Gaga's streams the numbers come from TFM, Shallow, and a bit of BTW. That's a nostalgia act at this point :rip:

Gaga´s streams come from:

The Fame (2008)

The Fame Monster (2009)

Born This Way (2011)

A Star Is Born (2018)

Yes, Gaga had huge singles 10 years ago that are doing amazing streaming numbers but some of her recent singles Shallow (800k), ARUTW (600k), HMH (500k) are also doing great.

Lack of hits, and lack of the Jay-Z scandal hype.
