she is at #29 on US Spotify and #49 on Apple Music

It's hard to tell because Taylor fans were also mass buying the last day and Taylor released an instrumental of Anti-hero so it will depend on Anti-Hero's last minute sales yesterday.

Based on these numbers (and youtube/pandora streams) and with radio included, Rihanna would need to sell 50k more than Taylor to have a chance. So if Taylor sells 20k Rihanna would need to sell at least 70k. So I doubt Lift Me Up will be #1.
