No, she just put out another new album this week.

 

She previously also put out albums the week Lover and Evermore came out (she blocked Lover from no. 1 with a live LP if I recall correctly). The German chart is a revenue based one and Helene is selling her vinyls for almost 60 euros (compared to 35 euros for Taylor), and additional box sets for 50 euros. It's gonna be a little tough battle there but I am hopeful that with the huge streams Taylor is gonna overtake her for the top spot.

I guess it depends on your definition. LWYMMD is my answer - was very frontloaded but absolutely a hit there, IDWLF was her last smash though 

 

A case for DBM lowkey could be made too  it charted longer basically all over European countries on Spotify this year than any rep single in their initial runs. But yeah this will probably be her biggest European hit since SIO/IDWLF if it doesn’t collapse. Too early to say though.

Chart Data reported it already crossed 500M today and it did 404M in 3 days so it should be in the 90M-100M range.
