you've been able to see her in every single tour and see those albums live. she's only come to my country ONCE before the eras tour, and it was a reduced version of that tour.

we just can't blame her for focusing on her more popular / recent works. i agree the SN era could use a few more songs and a mini-debut nod (an our song and teardrops on my guitar mashup for example) would've been cute but that's far from a disrespect, specially for fans that not only have been able to see every single tour (with maaaaany dates in the same country) but are also flying overseas to see the eras tour several times in places where fans have maybe never had a chance to see her live.

i know where you're coming from with the rest of the post but saying that she disrespects US fans... girl... read the room.

This girl/guy wants her to walk in the crowd and give them a hug like :dies: Sorry she's way too big, that's way too dangerous and people have gotten way too parasocial and weirdos about that. I always knew US Swifties were the most entitled of the fandom but my God was that tone deaf. Disrespect by giving something special to fans who also supported her since the beginning but only now, in her 18th year in the industry got to see her in person. :deadbanana2:

You have your opinion and I have mine. They're both valid and not wrong. And for a person who says they're a fan overseas, ummmm isn't that the whole appeal of an "Eras" tour to experience all the eras? As I said, she definitely misled many people into believing she would include the debut in her set list. Speak Now was greatly served injustice. People have a valid opinion to feel disappointed.

Lol DO NOT even pretend as if Taylor was global 2006-2012. I have been around a long time. She was incredibly local back pre-RED/1989. There is no entitlement here. The US + country listeners was her major fan base. That is fact, so what are you arguing about? If there was any country overseas that supported her, it was only a tiny fraction.

Fearless's commercial success extended beyond the U.S. and marked Swift's international breakthrough. In the wider English-speaking world, Fearless peaked atop the charts of Canada and New Zealand, and within the top five of Australia (number two),Scotland (number four), and the U.K. (number five). It received multi-platinumcertifications in Ireland and the U.K. (double platinum), New Zealand (triple platinum), Canada (four-times platinum), and Australia (eight-times platinum).

Speak Now was a chart success in the wider English-speaking world: it peaked atop the albums charts of Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, and peaked at number six in Ireland and the UK. The album was certified triple-platinum in Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. It charted at number four in Norway, number six in Japan, number eight in Mexico, and number ten in Spain.

Less than a month after its release, Red sold 2.8 million copies worldwideBy the end of 2012, Red finished as the global second-best-selling album with 5.2 million copies. By August 2014, it had sold over eight million copies.

Just a quick search in Wikipedia hun... you were saying? An artist that's not global charting in many countries around the world with her second album? And don't get me started on SN and Red... THESE are facts.

Coming back to the """disrepect""", the US is obviously the country where she has performed the most concerts in: 759 to be exact. The second country where she has performed the most is the UK with 61 shows as of today.

And you are saying she is disrepecting fans who have been able to see her in their own country more than 10x times than the fans in the next country she's performed the most in just because she is not REPEATING WHAT YOU HAVE ALREADY SEEN??

Obviously you have the right to having your own opinion regarding the tour and your experience but saying that she is disrepecting US fans is just wrong.

I don't consider that many countries for Fearless and Speak Now. Maybe to your definition it is. You're still proving my point lol. I'm still not wrong that she advertised this tour as the ERAS tour. You just wasted all that effort proving me right about how she's disappointed fans. I don't even know why you're wasting time responding to me either. You're not going to change my mind on how I feel about this tour and I'm not even trying to argue against anyone else's opinion either. We ALL have our opinions. I'm glad YOU like the tour.

For those who have been there before, I am not VIP/GA - I have a set seat number. How much before show start do I need to be there for? I don't want to miss Paramore.

you can have your opinion but if you say it on a public forum, people can point out how`s entitled that opinion is.

I love love debut and i get you can be disappointed that she didn`t include it in the setlist but to go as far as saying she is disrespecting the US fans are such an insane statement. You are the one that being disrespectful toward her, imagine complain about a 44 songs setlist span through eras because of 2-3 songs you want doesn`t include.

Remember when she announced the tour, we all don`t know how the hell she gonna pull it off, most of us can only think she will just do like a lot of medley, and most setlist we predict include 25 songs max.

Then opening night came and you could go back in this thread to see how`s all of us surprise by how the show just keep going and going like 44 songs are crazy to think of.

She is out there doing above and beyond to satisfy us (guess she can never achieve that for some of us) and certified her legacy. So we can have a playful conversation about how she cut this song, how she not include this song instead of that song. That`s fine, but to act like ***** whining and moaning about not getting 1-3 songs you want is not it.

There`s a way to say your opinion without being disrespectful.

About your complain about the show reply on big screen and doesnt feel like the Speak now tour, well that`s a valid personal opinion. I just want to point out that`s this show has a lot of big props on stage (the man set, the LWYMMD glass box, the folkmore cabin & tree, the midnights cloud, the opening wings) and the shapeshifting/moving stage is brilliant. So i just think you feel disappointed cause it`s not a more intimated like an arena setting (i would kill to attend a Taylor arena show but it is impossible now)

Here's some friendly advice — don't try to teach someone forum etiquette, respect, and good manners by calling me a ***** in the same sentence.  That is crazier than the post I made which was literally just a review of my own concert experience. You don't have to write me an essay. You have your own opinion, I have mine.

you have essay opinion doesn`t mean others cannot have a problem with that opinion. If you don`t want argument over your opinions then you should keep it to yourself.

you do know free speech mean you can speak freely but it doesn`t mean you immune from backlash over your opinions, right?

I really don`t get younger generations feel like as long as they say That`s my opinion and then expect to say whatever they want and no one can argue with that.

Chiliam, I am responding to your post regarding how to not be disrespectful when giving opinions. Meanwhile, you disrespected me by calling me a ***** when you tried to get your point across. Do you not see the irony? You don't need to resort to demeaning someone and calling names. And you don't need to educate me on how a forum works. We post, people respond. You being condescending adds no value and is so unnecessary. You lost my respect.

Lol that actually made me laugh. I probably didn't catch the lyric because I haven't been listening to Daddy as much as the other tracks :chick3: Anyways, I don't think we've ever butt heads in the past before? I like your posts. I'm sorry for upsetting you tonight!
