As horrible as this sounds, my partner is keeping me alive.

I'm pretty sure I'm dealing with undiagnosed prostatitis (my previous urologist diagnosed me with prostatitis last year; I was fortunate to not exhibit UTI-like symptoms until just a few months ago). And while I'm trying to keep it under control, I can have days where I'm fatigued, ejaculation is delayed, or my libido is scarily low/non-existent. My boyfriend's been very caring/patient while I deal with this health issue.

Also, I'm pretty sure I was psychologically addicted to cannabis. A few months ago, cannabis exacerbated or even outright caused panic attacks (vapor, edibles, capsules, or drinks; and we're talking high-CBD/indica strains). I would take medical edibles for my insomnia or out of sheer boredom, and at first I'd feel tired; then I would panic. I think the moral of the story here is to take medication as prescribed and only as needed. Today starts day 1, and I want to kick the habit not only for myself, but also for my partner.

You don't have the grounds to take pot shots when you think everything created itself

The creator by definition would exist outside the bounds of time and space, as they too are creations. In other words, the creator must be eternal.

And the infinite regress conundrum, which is what you are arguing, is not logically sound. An example of it is this hypothetical: Imagine I am in a line of people that is infinitely long. The guy behind me wants to give me a hug, but before doing so, he must request permission from the guy behind him. That guy would then have to ask the person behind him, and so on and so forth. Would I ever get a hug if the line was truly infinite? No. But if I do end up getting a hug, I know there was an eventual stop to that chain. In this analogy the hug represents the universe and the man represents the creator. The fact that the universe exists proves the chain of "who created of the creator" ends somewhere, as an infinite regress is an impossible solution.

I'm sorry but this is not an adequate rebuttal to one the most watertight premises in all of philosophy. However, something tells me this will go nowhere, so I'll just tentatively end it here.

You're on a pop music forum... with a section titled "The Roof," where users post content meant for users 18+, and a forum covering pop artists who typically talk about sex in their music. If you're surprised or put off by sexual comments, maybe participate in a more religious-focused discussion forum?
