You can see the numbers for all artists here, although it hasn't updated for yesterday yet: Spotify Most Streamed Artists of All Time (kworb.net)

Lana Del Rey and Karol G are the next female artists after Taylor, but they both did about 1/10 of her streams

No one does. Celine 1997 1998 can be around 35  million album units.i think her sum from 1996 to 1999 alone was well over 100 million eas. Taylor is moving like 45 million album units this year . Beatles, pink Floyd, queen etc had sold this sum over the decades year after year. Only years which are rival are thriller years in total consumption. It is hard time tracking those years though. Taylor from early 2021 to early 2024 would move over 100 million units. So i think she has highest peak.

260M streams in a single day on one service is just insanity, especially when no one but her has come to close to even 200M to date… :deadbanana2:

How is 1989 OG not crashing faster?

I guess that's because it has the most hits of any of her albums. The OG songs were in playlists, and so it'll take time to get them out, if ever. It's easily the OG that will retain the most streams compared to the others.

I blame the locals, since AH, Karma and LH were hardest hit :monkey: they switched to 1989 TV

Probably but now that IION is going to be pushed as a single I believe it would retake the lead

YOYOK getting the most daily streams :jonny:. Talent won.

It’s even beating Lavender Haze and Midnight Rain

I still believe Midnight Rain could be a single. However at this point that there’s so much content it is being sacrificed. After IION and before Reputation TV, I hope she can release Midnight Rain, or another 1989 TV vault (my hope is SDG). However Cruel Summer will probably be the linking single between 1989 TV and rep TV because it will outlast IION :rip:

The fact Midnights is holding up so well in the middle of everything Taylor is throwing at us is truly a feat.
