Very minor changes between these two! Except for the way Long Live has been catapulted into superstardom and Mean has been dropped like a rock. We need another viral anti-bullying campaign to stop the bleeding!

The Other Side of the Door getting her flowers :clap3: Superstar being continually paid dust :clack:

The way that every song but Love Story (which will be there soon) and Flopteen have been out streamed by the TV, oh Flawless TV you're the best re-recording and here's the proof :cm:

I'm actually a bit shocked Change is flopping as hard as it is, I guess the newer fans don't realize that it's basically Proto-Long Live except for the fact that it's worse than LL in every imaginable way :suburban:

Oh Sanctified Beautiful Trinity don't end the girls like that :jonny5:

I'm actually rather surprised 22 TV will end up being the pop single to outstream the original first, though I suppose it being less botched makes it easier for people to consume, plus the original being a streaming flop, I guess (Everything Has Changed could NEVER). BeGod Again TV sweetie I'm so sorry to see them treating you this way, your time is coming.

The Scripture of Us being treated like an album track when it was actually a flop single...

As for the rest of this, I can't say I'm surprised. Mean aged like one of those bodies at the bottom of Lake Michigan with the concrete shoes (or alternatively, it aged like Bob Lefsetz :fan:), and the fan faves like BTR, Sparks Fly, Dear John, Last Kiss, Haunted, and Ours are slowly eating away at the margins of the originals. It would be nice to see them move a bit faster but I guess we'll take what we can get. The magnitude of the glow up for ITWAM when it didn't even make the album, oh Taylor you will pay for that crime one day.

Fluctuations in the differences of the most streamed songs on 1989 TV as compared to the most streamed on the original version of 1989:

  1. 832m Wildest Dreams TV (+3) 1.02b OG
  2. 293m Style TV (+1) 1.32b OG
  3. 284m This Love TV (+14) 111m OG
  4. 258m Blank Space TV (-3) 1.97b OG
  5. 172m Out of the Woods TV (+1) 334m OG
  6. 164m Shake It Off TV (-4) 1.53b OG
  7. 162m New Romantics TV (=) 292m OG
  8. 143m Welcome to New York TV (=) 259m OG
128m This Love TV streams with only streams from album release until now (+8)
  9. 125m Clean TV (+1) 200m OG
  10. 120m All You Had to Do Was Stay TV (-1) 224m OG
  11. 115m Bad Blood TV (-6) 642m
  12. 106m I Wish You Would TV (+1) 156m OG
  13. 104m You Are In Love TV (+2) 147m OG
  14. 99m Bad Blood Remix TV (-3) 197m OG
  15. 91.7m Wonderland TV (-1) 153m OG
  16. 91.1m How You Get the Girl TV (-4) 175m OG
  17. 90m I Know Places TV (-1) 137m OG

This is obviously a bit skewed since WD TV and TL TV were available long before the other TV tracks. But Wildest Dreams TV is actually still the most streamed off the TV album when only counting streams from album release until now!

The chaos dddd.

songs that are bound to have a viral moment / revival in the future:

Midnight Rain

YOYOK

False God

Guilty As Sin?

So It Goes

I just FEEL it in my bones that these songs will someday have a Cruel Summer revival (delulu I know) or at least a residency in the 1M daily streams club like Dont Blame Me etc...

It does not mean these songs are my favs btw. Some of these I do not really enjoy all that much (actually I am lying I LOVE all of them) but i just know they will have a moment...like it cant not happen

As much as I love False God, I'm not sure, I do hope so. I can't see it with So It Goes, it will be buried with the other Rep tracks once the TV comes out.

I feel like Maroon, Say Don't Go, Champagne Problems, imgonnagetyouback and Dress will have their moment once the minimalistic pop style comes back in trend in like 5-10 years. Timeless will revive country pop too. Yes I'm delusional. :dies:
