Well, he's the father of her kids after all, she'll probably get over him eventually, but it's just been a few months, and since then, 70% of the discussion surrounding her is about her break-up (the other 30% being the taxes issue), so the poor girl hasn't had a mental rest to get over him. Yeah I agree with you that based off what she's said and what she's done since the news of the break up went public, she would rather be laying low and healing privately. But her name is constantly in the headlines between the custody case, the tax case and the paparazzi following her everywhere she goes... so maybe she sees these songs or this project as a way to try to control her own narrative since the press will make up their own narrative regardless.
