TIA I have an account on Ticketmaster France but they also asked me one for Poland and UK too, I think. So I think Germany will be the same. Just to be safe create one. For what I understood, you can not participate in a presale if you have no account on their site. There's no Beyhive presale in Europe. It only works for US Hive members.
