Lost In Paradise Posted September 22, 2022 Posted September 22, 2022 if you "need" the amount of caffeine in coffee to wake up in the morning, you most likely to have a gut problem caused by something in your diet. once I got my gut health under control, I feel so alive in the morning and just have a thermos of green tea around 12-2pm. clean up your guts girls! just because TikTok foodies eat sugary, salty, fatty foods every day and still look relatively healthy doesn't make that a healthy lifestyle!
