Some people claim there is a 3rd character, R* took down the leak so fast don't know if to believe that claim. But there were apparently hundreds of clips leaked and the ones that went viral were just the first few. 

Apparently hours worth of footage, seems like a game tester's entire work history was leaked 

 

I still don't believe it was some 16 year old who did it tbh. + the lawsuit was dropped apparently which makes it even more sus.

even though I was not a fan of V and only played it once (San Andreas and Vice City will always be GOATs in my mind) we just can't deny the success and its presence in the media, like GTA is just one of those  few franchises that not only has support of the gaming community but also GP as a whole, everyone knows what GTA is at this point

It's a dev build, they usually don't have any sophisticated graphics or pink/purple filters, because its primary goal is to test stuff. The final product will be more polished
