Totally agree.

He needs to step it up for the next album!

This is a solid album. Way better as a body of work than times even tho the highs of times are better.

Only mid songs are Oh Laura, Epiphany, and Honest

Yeah, this could do with some tracks cut off. Plus, a few of the songs needed stronger vocalists to really bring them to life. Where was Jessie when we needed her?

he has some pull considering the kind of people he worked with. he needs to have more higher profile features for HIS next album for sure

Scary that this album thread was revived when it was. This was on my to listen to 2023 album list that I finally was able to visit today and I gave it a spin and there's two tracks that I didn't really like, but the rest of the album I thought was perfect. I added it to a playlist of albums that I plan to revisit that could potentially be added to my fav albums of 2023 playlist. I think those songs will grow on me. I really, really liked this album and look forward to listening to it again. It was the first I listened to and while I was listening to the next album, I found myself wanting to go back to it instead.

I really liked Plain Sailing.

I'm shocked this hasn't blown up more by now. His label/management have to be missing the mark big time somehow. There's no reason he shouldn't be smashing as a dance act with how fresh this (and his previous work) is.

Hopefully Coachella will give him a good boost. Fever Dreamer for song of the summer (Channel Tres is another one that is primed for a huge blowup as well).

Missing You was my song of the summer last year, and I fear this will be too. I can't get over it :jonny5:

I feel like this album should've been released around this time because the music is hitting much harder now than back in January

Just heard this album today and oh Laura was an instant standout for me. I guess i have a thing for “mid” songs :snowball: excited to hear more though
