Somehow that fact gets lost with you people. Its never enough even when it doesnt have to be given to you in the first place. So like i said, keep complaining because thats all you seem to be good at doing. This is my last response to you because I don't want to clog up the thread, but it's very clear you come from some position of privilege, or are dealing with some form of self-hatred if you grew up poor. How is it clear? because you speak with disgust for the poor and view us as leeches. I wonder if you attack the leeches at the top who have stolen TRILLIONS UPON TRILLIONS of wealth from the middle and lower classes via wage exploitation, corrupt government contracts and kickbacks, tax cuts, etc. That's okay, if things get bad enough, the guillotines will come out, hope no one you know ends up between the blade and the ground.

I mean if you got a degree that you could actually do something with you can easily pay back your loans. Nobody told people to get a degree in Art History.

I grew up poor, got a degree in a field where I can make decent money and plan on paying my loans back in a timely fashion. See how that works? I dont need anyone to take responsibility for MY life and I certainly dont need to spend my time CRYING about how I only got only 10,000 from the big bad government. I appreciate that I got so much back and millions will get 20,000 back. This will be incredibly helpful for me. Thank you Biden.

He was the leading voice on making student debt non-dischargeable via bankruptcy, so literally at the minimum, yes. Sis why are you serving uneducated? Maybe you need some student loans. What are you even talking about? Loans are classified by who the lender is. The student debt being cancelled are not private loans - they are federal loans held by a public government institution. "Oh so he's at fault for the predatory lending??" Sis who do you think is the lender doing the predatory lending? Why waste everybody's time by so badly wanting to participate in discussions you're not informed on? Edited September 18, 2022 by Communion
GhostBox Posted September 20, 2022 Posted September 20, 2022 And this is why it’s better to have him than any gop who will run against him. He can be persuaded on certain things when he isn’t there yet. . That’s a good thing. ????
Eric. Posted September 20, 2022 Posted September 20, 2022 Politician does what he was elected to do and gets more popular as a result. Water is wet.

We're not giving Ukraine actual money, we're giving them resources to use in their fight against Russia. In context, this "war" has been super cheap and economical for us. We don't have to expend human or monetary resources by putting men on the ground, but we're still pushing back against our biggest international adversary. We're winning this war without ever having to step foot in Ukraine. You also may want to take an economics class. Forgiving debt for millions of people who will then have extra cash to SPEND is good for the economy. This policy literally pays for itself. ---- OT, it's almost like doing things your voters want will make your voters like you. Who would've thunk?

Nobody told people to get a degree in Art History. This is a BS Republican talking point. Yes, many people do get degrees in stupid things and then struggle to pay them back because they can't find a high-paying job, but the VAST MAJORITY of student debt holders do not fall into this category. The people who are struggling with student debt are blue-collar, working-class Americans, like nurses and teachers.
