The real reason we're not getting a lead before the album is because she's worried if she releases it we'll realize she didn't top this hymn

Flash forward and we're taking on the world together

And there's a drawer of my things at your place

You learn my secrets and you figure out why I'm guarded

You say we'll never make my parents mistakes

But we got bills to pay

We've got nothing figured out

When it was hard to take, yes, yes, this is what I thought about

The way she instantly matures her discography and the relationships she writes about by bringing up realistic markers of next steps and difficulties (like bills even though she's never not had money) :jonny:

truly! I've always found it confusing how she came up with this all by herself considering her life up to that point and making it sound so genuine and hit this hard, it's no surprise that it held the title for her best lead for an entire decade :smitten:

When that "insider" turns out to be fraud and ME!dnights has 200k pre-orders max. Impending commercial and critical disaster.

Have they even been right once? The jig is up

Since we’re 9 days away from the album, let’s rank her previous 9 albums and take one out each day that passes

According to insiders who attended the Midnights secret sessions and could hear some of the album after eating some chicken nuggets and other snacks, Karma apparently features “lyrics that could cut glass”. It’s being described as a bop, with an infectious, radio candy chorus that could destroy the charts.

A Twitter Swiftie who attended the LA Secret Session on Monday said Midnight Rain sounds a lot like Bottoms Up by Keke Palmer
